RMV Villa

The renovation of this 30-year-old mansion involves combining semi-contemporary accents with classical themes, resulting in a revitalised space that pays homage to its colonial roots. The general theme is influenced by nature, with elements such as soft light filtering through the water body in the foyer and eastern light illuminating the organic patterns of the huge window and latticed doors in the prayer room. The flooring pattern flows easily through open areas, connecting lobbies and terraces, resulting in a cohesive design. Neutral and natural finishes were chosen to preserve the spirit of colonial construction, while pastel tones and rustic textures, enhanced by warm lighting, add subtle character to the room. This technique strikes a delicate balance between functionality and luxury, with each feature carefully intended to interact with the lush green courtyards, reinforcing a strong connection to nature. Every feature in the home reflects this idea, creating a lasting impression that extends throughout the area. The result is a home that is not only aesthetically beautiful but also retains a timeless link with its surroundings, providing a peaceful and elegant living environment.
