Stonebay Stories

Stonebay Stories is a five-storeyed project with a story of its own! Catering to three different sectors - commercial, residential and hospitality, this one-of-a-kind building houses a commercial bank, a paying guest accommodation and a private residence across a plot of approximately 8000 sq. ft. The ground floor of Stonebay Stories is dedicated to a commercial bank, while the first and second floors serve as a paying guest accommodation facility. The last two floors are devoted to a luxurious duplex residence. Positioned to face the North-East and adhering to Vastu principles, the grand residence includes many skylights and uses subtle, pastel colors and accents for an elegant look and feel. The residence also includes a terrace space that uses a pitched roof that also doubles as a solar panel. One half of the terrace is a private extension of the residence, whereas the other half includes a dedicated entry from the PG, serving as a dining space for the facility.
