Upscale Apartment

The Upscale Apartment project involved the creation of two distinct apartments specifically designed for two brothers. Each of the two apartments spanning approximately 2400 sq. ft, follows identical concepts and styles. The interiors of the project showcase contemporary aesthetics, emphasizing minimalism as the primary strategy to achieve a modern and sleek appearance. Designed as a turnkey project, the Upscale Apartments features soft furnishing made from rich cotton or linen fibers and eco-friendly plywood. In its commitment to sustainability, the construction also makes use of recycled fiber panels, while completely avoiding the usage of false ceilings. This approach has enabled the apartments to steer clear of toxic and potentially harmful elements such as gypsum and Plaster of Paris (POP) during construction.
